Writing Rules

The article should not exceed 9000 words including footnotes and bibliography.

The arrangement of the article elements should be as follows:

The text should be written in Microsoft Office Word program. The page size should be A4.

Margins should be 3 cm on each side.

Author information should never be written in the text.

After the referee process is completed; the name and surname of the article author (surname in all capital letters) should be right below the title of the article, the institution where the author works, e-mail address, academic title, ORCID number should be indicated in the footnote in Palatino Linotype font in 8-point font size.

The body text must include Introduction and Conclusion sections.

The title of the article should be short, clear and adequately reflects the content of the article, the first letter should be capitalized and bold. It should be arranged according to the ISNAD2 Citation System; 0 pt from the top; 6 pt from the bottom and without indentation; should be center aligned. The font size should be 11 pt in Palatino Linotype font.

Titles should be arranged according to the ISNAD2 Citation System; should be set as 0 pt from the top and bottom, without indentation; should be aligned on both sides. They should be in Palatino Linotype font, 11 pt. font size. the first letters should be capitalized and bold, not all CAPITAL LETTERS.

The abstract and keywords should be typed in Palatino Linotype Normal font, 9 point font size, aligned on both sides, single-spaced and unindented. Keywords and keywords should be prepared according to ISNAD2 Citation System. There should be at least 3 and at most 7 keywords.

Abstract should contain 300-500 words. It should be 9 font size. References, figures and charts should not be included in the abstract.

For articles written in a foreign language, Turkish title, abstract (300-500 words) and keywords should be written in addition to the English title, abstract (300-500 words) and keywords.

The body text should be typed in Palatino Linotype Normal font in 10-point font size; aligned on both sides; 1.15 line spacing. Paragraph beginnings should be indented 1.25 cm from the left; spaces should be set as 0 pt above the paragraph and 6 pt below the paragraph. The work should conform to the rules of grammar, and the TDK Spelling Guide should be taken as basis for the use of punctuation marks and other spelling rules. No automatic numbering should be used in the main text. Information such as the subject, purpose, scope, rationale, conclusion, etc. of the article should be given in an orderly manner and to the extent that will ensure scientific competence.

Footnotes should be in accordance with the ISNAD2 Citation System.

They should be written in Palatino Linotype Normal font in 8-point font size; aligned on both sides; single-spaced. Spacing should be set to 0 nk at the top and bottom.

All direct quotations should be in accordance with the ISNAD Citation System. If the direct quotation is a paragraph, it should be written in Palatino Linotype Normal font in 10-point font size; aligned on both sides; 1 line spacing. The beginning of the paragraph should be unindented, the whole paragraph should be indented 2 cm from left and right; spaces should be set as 0 pt above the paragraph and 6 pt below the paragraph.

Tables and Figures should be organized according to the ISNAD2 Citation System. The text of the table content should be written in Palatino Linotype Normal font with a font size of 10 points; it should be aligned on both sides.

Table and Figure captions and references, if any, should be typed in Palatino Linotype Normal font, 8-point font size, aligned on both sides and single-spaced. Spacing should be set to 6 pt at the bottom and 0 pt at the top for Table and Figure captions, and 6 pt at the top and bottom for Table and Figure references.

Tables should not extend beyond the writing area (page margins should not be violated), and spacing should be set to 0 nk from the top and 6 nk from the bottom. Tables smaller than the page margins should be left-aligned.

Figures should not extend beyond the writing area (page margins should not be violated), spaces should be set to 0 pt from the top and 6 pt from the bottom. Tables smaller than the page margins should be left-aligned.

References should start on the page after the conclusion.

References should be organized according to the ISNAD2 Citation System.

References should be written in Palatino Linotype Normal font in 9 point size; aligned on both sides; single-spaced.

For each source, the first line should be indented from the left, and the following lines should be indented 1.25 cm from the left. Spaces for each source should be 0 pt from the top and 6 pt from the bottom.

If more than one work of an author is included in the bibliography, the author's name should be written again for each work.

Abbreviations should be made as specified in the ISNAD2 Citation System; if the abbreviation is not specified in the ISNAD2 Citation System, the author's preference should be specified in the description section when submitting the article.

If an end-of-page explanation is to be made for the title of the article, the * sign should be used.

No Header and Footer entries should be made.

Page numbers should not be added.

Articles should be at least 4000 and maximum 10000 words.


TRANSLATIONS
 

Article writing rules apply for translations.

Also;

The name and information of the translator should not be written in the translation.

The translation title should be the title of the translated text.

At the end of the translation title, (*) should be added at the end of the page and the type of the translated text (article, book chapter, paper, etc.) and the imprint of the text according to the ISNAD Citation System should be added.

Regardless of the citation system used in the original text, footnotes must comply with the ISNAD Citation System.

Tables and Figures should be organized according to the ISNAD Citation System. Table content should be written in Palatino Linotype Normal font in 10 point size and aligned on both sides.

Abstract and keywords should be given as they appear in the original text. Abstract and keywords of 250-500 words should be added if they are not in the text.

Articles should be minimum 2000 and maximum 5000 words.


BOOK REVIEWS

Article writing rules apply for Book Reviews.

Also;

There should be an Abstract of 150-250 words.

Book Reviews should be at least 2000 and at most 5000 words.

If an end-of-page explanation is to be made for the title of the Book Review, the * sign should be used.

Articles should be adapted to the Article Template of our journal in terms of form.
