DARUSSIFA – JOURNAL OF ISLAMIC MEDICAL HISTORY RESEARCH

Darüşşifa Journal of Islamic Medical History Research started its publication life on March 1, 2022 and its first issue was published in June 2022. Our journal will accept scientific studies such as articles, reviews, critiques, translations and doctoral thesis abstracts on the history of Medicine, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine Prophet, Folklore and Veterinary Medicine, Theology, Philosophy, Sociology, History and History of Science in Islamic Civilization. It is an international peer-reviewed journal that will publish articles that are submitted for peer-review in the aforementioned fields, that have been approved for publication as a result of peer-review, and that have been decided to be published by the Editorial Board. The Darüşşifa Journal, which is planned to be published periodically twice a year, in June and December, attaches importance to the dissemination of qualified scientific research and aims to deliver these products to relevant readers and individuals and institutions that support the development of science. Darüşşifa Journal, which carries out the processes in accordance with publication ethics and service quality, aims to indirectly contribute to the academic training of young researchers, besides being scanned in international indexes by publishing articles with high scientific value. Regardless of whether the article is judged to be publishable or unpublished, we believe that all peer-review reports will also educate the researcher in terms of his/her ability to conduct scientific work.
